Welcome Back to the Movies – What to Expect

Masks Required for Partially or Un-vaccinated Persons
Self-attestation is required for anyone entering the building without a face mask. By doing so, you confirm you and others in your group (12 years +) are fully vaccinated using one of three, FDA emergency use authorized COVID-19 vaccinations.
If you or any in your group have not received a vaccination, have received one dose or are under the final two-week efficacy wait time, please continue to use a face mask while in the theatre. Children 3 to 11 years of age are not yet approved to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, therefore they are required to continue to wear masks.
It is against state and CDC mandates to enter any indoor, public facility without a mask if you are not fully vaccinated.

Food & Drinks in the Auditorium - Un-vaccinated Persons
In the auditorium, masks are required before, during and after your movie, but may be removed while actively enjoying food and drinks. Employees monitor auditoriums throughout each performance as standard practice. Where socially unacceptable behavior is observed, including non-compliance of the mask regulation, expect a visit from an employee to discuss. Remember, not only is wearing a mask best practice, but it is mandated by the state.

Hand Sanitizer Available
Take advantage of the sanitizer throughout the theatre, especially at the kiosks and concessions.

Frequent Hand Washing
Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face. Managers and staff members are required to routinely wash their hands for at least 20 seconds.

Enhanced Cleaning
Our cleaning regiment has been increased to include more frequent cleansing and sanitization of common areas and high touch points. In the auditoriums, extra time has been added between movies so our crew can take extra care disinfecting hard surfaces, including doors, handrails, recliner buttons, and tray tables.

Electrostatic Disinfectant Sprayers
Auditoriums are disinfected with new electrostatic disinfectant sprayers. This cutting-edge equipment maximizes surface coverage by using negatively charged ions so that the disinfectant particles wrap around and cling to positively charged surfaces.

Employee Health Screenings
Managers and staff members have their temperatures read before starting their shifts. Anyone who has a fever or symptoms is required to self-quarantine until symptom free for at least 72 hours.
Self-Check Your Health
If you have symptoms such as fever or cough, or are un-vaccinated and have come in contact with someone with symptoms, please take care and stay home. We will be ready to serve you once you are better. If you have purchased tickets and are experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19, you may request a refund by emailing info@theatreservices.com

MERV 13 Air Filters
For superior air quality, we’ve verified use of, or upgraded our HVAC systems with MERV 13 filters wherever possible. Fresh air is circulated through the auditoriums as long as proper comfort levels can be maintained.
